What is Reiki at all?
The term Reiki consists of two syllables and means “universal life energy”.
The syllable “Rei” designates the universal, infinite aspect. The syllable “Ki” stands for the life energy.

This is the western explanation. In the Japanese language is spoken with terms and meanings. The Japanese characters speak figurativy, no comparison to our western, direct mode of expression.

Our own life energy is bound to our physical and mental condition.
Reiki the universal life energy, is independent of the own condition.

The person who is giving Reiki to someone can be even ill and nevertheless flows Reiki in pure, healthy energy to the client.

The treatment with Reiki usually happens

- Over body contact:

The Reiki channel (as Reiki channel are we Reiki giving persons opend) puts its hands on the or over the body of the receiving person.

The treatment with Reiki can be done in sitting and in lying, how ever you feel good. Reiki passes through thereby by all materials.

The treated one feels usually a pleasant, relaxing warmth and a feeling of security.

- By distance healing:

If the Reiki – giving person already has the 2. grade received, s/he can send Reiki to a person (or an animal) distance-independently. Reiki is pure energy and energy does not knows distance or time. A condition for the distance treatment is however the agreement of the receiver.

Mikao Usui had also different techniques to treat with Reiki. I teach these techniques in my courses, do not indicate these on the Website.

Whom use does Reiki?

Reiki effectuation with healthy humans:

- Relaxation
- To diminish stress
- To increase the strength

Reiki supports ill humans with:

- acute and chronic diseases
- psychological diseases
- increases the own energies and supports so the healing with all nearly all diseases
